Conducting the necessary inspections and preparing case and periodical reports on the performance of the organization's units and their analysis
Receiving personal and written complaints from clients from the organization's units and employees and investigating the validity of the complaints and announcing the answers to the complainants and summarizing them in order to prepare the necessary reports.
Cooperation and interaction with regulatory and inspection agencies within the framework of rules and regulations
Examining the level of administrative health and prevention of administrative corruption and fighting bribery at the organization level according to the relevant regulations
